The building operations have begun

In 2007 September the buliding operations have begun in the Forest Hill NATURA residential park. The specialist are successively setting up and making the machines ready, so the ground works soon can be started. 310 flats will be built in three phases within the confines of the investment in Csillaghegy. In the first phase 92 flats will be delivered expectedly int he beginning of 2009.

The philosophy of the constructor Natura Project playd a very important role in design: it necessitates the harmony of the nature and the modern solutions. The huge glass surfaces and the enormous terraces, that act on the slanting fild, are fading into the environment. The designers use ashlar and other natural buliding materials to create harmony between nature and the buildings.

The constructor of the investment is the Architecture Masterprize winner „K-Art Építő Zrt”. The company’s main line is constructing. It has references like renovating the facade of the Corinthia Royal Hotel and the constructing works of the Yacht-dock in the Budapest Prestige residential park.
