How to get there

The engineer and building contractor Pál Lipták purchased a large area on the border of Pestszentlőrinc and Kispest in the early 1910s. In the area a garden city residential park was made for worker’s families. The Lipták colony, which was thus created, has not only maintained its creator’s name but also its character imparted by the detached houses. Reviczky Liget is located in this part of District XVIII with a loose arrangement of detached houses with a low number of storeys. This part of Pestszentlőrinc, which is developing dynamically from the aspect of property investment, is undergoing a gradual change. Step by step it is shedding the mementos of its former industrial activity and is turning into a modern garden city area.

Thanks to the excellent infrastructure, future residents can make a home in a calm, harmonious environment which is nevertheless easily accessible from the inner districts.
