Over the last decades, Budapest has grown into a real European metropolis. Multinationals and international organisations have located to the heart of Central Europe, giving new impetus to the economy, and creating more and more jobs. The huge development, however, brought aspects that make life hard for all the inhabitants, leaving its mark on the everyday life of both the indigenous Budapesters and the newcomers: overcrowding, heavy traffic, the concomitant air and noise pollution, and the decreasing size and number of green belt areas and parks. As time went by, the city of developments offered less and less living space to its old and new inhabitants. However, we all need a sphere of life which provides external peace to maintain inner balance offering good prospects in space and time which bring the natural environment and sunshine as close as possible to our home. In the coming years under the brand name NATURA new spheres of life will be created in Budapest and its immediate vicinity which blend four important elements of life, harmony, sunshine, panorama and nature.
Philosophy
The internationally, primarily Israeli owned Neocity Group and Arlon Group started their activity in Budapest with the purpose of creating green belt residential areas after many successful foreign projects. The two companies are launching projects under the name of NATURA in the coming years focused on Budapest and the neighbouring communities which combine four essential elements of life that have existed since time immemorial with modern requirements.
